Ultrafiltered and derived from fresh skim milk, Ultranor™ Milk Proteins boast an enhanced taste and flavour profile, are naturally low in sodium and have a lower viscosity per unit of protein when compared with conventional caseinate products.

Ultranor™ Milk Proteins are suitable for use in a wide array of applications including nutritional beverages, nutritional bars, fresh dairy and ice-cream products. In addition to our standard product offering we also have a comprehensive range of products specifically designed for use in infant and medical nutrition sectors including low viscosity, lactose free and instantised products. Our development teams work closely with customers to ensure optimum performance in the finished application.

Ultranor™ Milk Protein Isolates
Ultranor™ Milk Protein Isolates maintain casein:whey ratios in their native state. Lactose levels are significantly reduced without compromising on the functionality and naturalness of fresh skim milk. Ultranor™ MPI contains a minimum of 86% protein and less than 1% lactose. The entire range is retort and UHT stable and cold water dispersible.

Under the Ultranor™ Milk Protein Concentrate umbrella we have a comprehensive collection of products ranging from 70%-80% protein and 16% to 4% lactose.
