Ultranor™ Milk Protein Isolates
Ultranor™ Milk Protein Isolates maintain casein:whey ratios in their native state. Lactose levels are significantly reduced without compromising on the functionality and naturalness of fresh skim milk. Ultranor™ MPI contains a minimum of 86% protein and less than 1% lactose. The entire range is retort and UHT stable and cold water dispersible.

Under the Ultranor™ Milk Protein Concentrate umbrella we have a comprehensive collection of products ranging from 70%-80% protein and 16% to 4% lactose.
