Ultranor™ Micellnor is a unique milk protein developed for use in sports nutrition and weight loss applications. A native micellar casein product, Micellnor is produced from premium quality fresh skim milk using a proprietary combination of membrane filtration technologies.

Kerry’s unique membrane processing technologies allow for isolation without disruption of the micelle structure, which remains intact for optimum functionality. Micellar casein is recognised as a superior pure form of casein in sports nutrition markets.

Ultranor™ Micellnor generates a positive nitrogen balance in the body and promotes satiety. Working on the principle of slow amino acid release, Micellnor promotes muscle growth, prevents muscle breakdown after exercise and prolongs digestion of proteins.
